As a student of the CVCC Professional Core Competency Community, I deeply appreciate the significant role this platform has played in my growth and career development. Here, I have not only gained valuable knowledge and skills related to professional core competencies, but also met a group of like-minded friends who have worked together to achieve mutual progress.

In the process of enhancing my professional core competencies, I have gained many valuable experiences. Firstly, I realized that communication is an indispensable part of career development. Through participating in communication skills training organized by the community, I learned how to communicate more effectively with others, how to listen and understand their needs, and how to express my own ideas clearly. These skills have played a significant role in my later work, helping me to communicate better with colleagues, superiors, and clients, and achieve better cooperation results.

Secondly, teamwork is another professional core competency that I focused on improving. Through team challenge activities in the community, I deeply understood the importance of teamwork. I learned how to work with others collaboratively, how to divide tasks, support each other, and how to leverage my strengths within the team. These experiences have enabled me to better integrate into the team in my later practical work and contribute to the team's success.

Apart from communication and teamwork, I also focused on enhancing my problem-solving ability. Through learning and practice, I learned how to analyze problems, formulate solutions, and put them into action. This ability is particularly important in work, as it has helped me solve many difficult problems and earned praise from superiors and colleagues.
